I am so happy I connected with Montse Floral a couple years ago. My story is, there was a beautiful woman in my life I considered to be my 2nd Mom, and by the time she got to be 99 years old I began to look to her as someone I could learn a lot from. then she made it to 100 years, then 101 years old, then 102 years old. Each milestone year I would get her a balloon from Montse. One day we had a long talk which was unusual, so I asked her mom; are you leaving us? sure enough, about 3 weeks later, her family moved to another state, and one day I got a phone call that she went to sleep and did not wake up, she was gone. Thank you for the beautiful ballons you created for her, for that I pray that your business will continue to be around for a very long time. The care and detail you take in creating timeless floral art works including the balloons, is unmatched. I will always do business with your company. Saturday June 15, I went looking for the business at Delmacado shopping center in SS, but when I got there they had moved, I later found out that they relocated to Laurel Maryland, so I called them and told them I was on my way, even though they would have been closed, yet they waited for me to arrive, I was super happy when i got there and was able to get two custom items for two of my co-workers who are retiring from MCPS, one 30 years and the other 35 years. Called Montse in a bit of a jam . Needed flowers delivered fast . Called on a whim after hours on a Friday ( Holiday Weekend at that) . Surprisingly they answered. I explained I needed flowers delivered fairly close to her location in the historic district of Laurel near Main St. Without hesitation she sent me pictures of some floral arrangements she had already to go on hand . She sent more than enough options of beautiful arrangements through text message . I was also offered add on options like chocolate covered strawberries, stuffed animals with matching blankets , chocolates , you know everything you can think of when sending someone flowers in hopes of expressing love . I told the lady which of the photos she sent I wanted and gave her my card info . I literally received a call from the recipient in less than 15 mins of getting off the phone with the lady . I can only assume she was the owner the shop the way she went above and beyond after hours on a holiday . Most places would not have even picked up the phone . I wish I had got her name so I could add to the review. And as far money, did I get what I paid for ? I got way more !!! She didn't charge me enough for the bind she got me out of !!! 10 out of 10 . I recommend . I will never get floral arrangements from anywhere else because of the customer service provided
